  1. Q Does it fit in the charger with the hooks on?
    A Yes. The earbuds with the hooks attached(permanently) are in the charger when it ships and charge whenever they are replaced in the charger. Just remove the sticker covering the earbud contacts(when shipped) before the first use.
  2. Q Can you talk to Google Assistant? Will they read your text messages?
    A Yes
  3. Q Can you use a single earbud or do you have to use both all the time?
    A Yes, you can use either earbud. Left or right does not matter. You can make and manage calls speaking through either of them individually.
  4. Q Do these earbuds have wear detection? IOW, will my music stop playing automatically when i take one earbud out of my ear
    A No. I had mine sitting on the side of the pool while having a conversation today. Music still playing when I put it back in my ear
  5. Q Dual audio: can you connect these and another bluetooth headset to one device simultaneously?
    A If the device supports simultaneous connection of several devices, that should work. it is the feature of your device and not the earbuds
  6. Q Can these earbuds/earbud case be charged on a charging pad?
    A No, you need to charge them within the case they came in. The case can be charged separately and kept in your pocket or car so you can put the earbuds into it at your discretion. These buds hold a charge for at least 7-8 hrs and I returned mine only because they didn't fit my ears.
  7. Q Are these loud enough for noise environment
    A These TREBLAB X3 Pro Wireless Earbuds with Earhooks are great! And I say this because they passed my test of being loud enough and very well sealed - I installed foam Ear Buds - to the level that I can easily & clearly hear THE LYRICS & music of my favorite songs while mowing my yard sitting on top of a 3 blade Garden Tractor. In my opinion the X3 Pros have plenty of volume and excellent sound quality. You can’t go wrong for the price.
  8. Q Is there a way to adjust the ear hooks? My ears are big and the tips keep slipping out of my ears, especially the right one.
    A Sometimes they slip out of mine. You however cannot adjust them. I found that rather you can change the size of the ear tips to fit inside snug enough so you do not have this problem. Make sure they are in snug so that this does not happen.
  9. Q Will they stay connected while in legging pocket during a run? Returned 5 others due to lost connection when in tight pockets!
    A I have used mine in walks and at the gym. Phone is usually in my pocket with no connection issues. Though my shorts aren't tight so I don't know 100% if that would be the case. I will tell you once I pull them out of the charging case, after you paired them, they automatically pair. They have stayed paired even when I have left my phone on my bag as I went to get weights and water which often is far away. The only time I have have them disconnect is when I get back into my car and my car blutooth overrides them.

    A Unfortunately. I found the bass response to mine nonexistent. Returning.

  12. Q Will these fit under a full face motorcycle helmet?
    A It will if your helmet is larger than your head. A helmet that fits correctly will push the buds further into your ears and probably be very uncomfortable.
  13. Q Do these stay put with a full face helmet?
    A They would but it might be tough to keep them in place while you put your helmet on.
  14. Q These vs mpow Flame solo?
    A I never tried the Mpow Flame Solo.
  15. Q Wind sucked my left one out of my ear on fwy while riding my chopper. Can u sell me a left by it self please
    A Contact Treblab (Productech). They are super helpful and responsive. I just ordered these headphones, but also have the X5 model and previously had the X3. I had and issue with the case cracking on my X5s and they sent me a new one free of charge. I can't promise they will be able resolve your issue, but it's definitely worth a shot. I've been very pleased with the company, and their support of their products.P.S. I'd look into a bluetooth helmet. They can be a bit pricey compared to these bluetooth earbuds, but are well worth the money if you ride frequently. I sold my bike after I had my 2nd son, but I kept my bluetooth helmet just in case because I liked it so much.
  16. Q Do these transfer walking noises?
    A No in my own experience I have no problem with that type of noise
  17. Q how long can you continuously play music?
    A 8 to 9 hours before recharging is necessary
  18. Q Can you skip or repeat songs with one earbuds?
    A Yes you can. Press the volume button + to skip, - to repeat. Hold until you hear 1 beep
  19. Q Can it be paired with any TV?
    A If it's Bluetooth compatible
  20. Q Do these work with Apple iPod?
    A Yes. These earbuds work perfectly with my iPod! Sound is clear and they connect easily!
  21. Q Why do these not block wind noise? I have to come to a complete stop on my bicycle or else my caller just hears static sound.
    A It should block wind noise or at least make it so the person you are talking to can barely hear it. These do have CVC 8.0 which is supposed to be better than ANC for that very thing.
  22. Q So do i need to buy a charger that works with a usb-c?
    A Any charger that handles phones should due... you can run in the rain, but it is not waterproof to go swimming.
  23. Q Cant turn off one of the ear buds for some reason. It doesnt connect occasionally and the blue led stays on. Anyone else have this issue?
    A Never had that issue. I suggest contacting Trelab; they’ll either solve it or replace.
  24. Q Will these pair with kindle fires? I've found that many do not.
    A Yes daughter son and wife use them on every generation of fire from 7 thru 10
  25. Q Can these be paired with a TV, for use in a hot tub, while not owning/having a cell phone to work with?
    A The TV must be Bluetooth capable.
  26. Q How many ms of latency do these have?
    A I don't have any latency while watching movies and clips. I don't play games though, can't say anything about that. This is my favourite pair, very comfortable. Use them everey day.
  27. Q Do all functions work with the iPhone 12 Pro?
    A yes all the function work and it sound great
  28. Q is anyone else having issues with the sound going out every minute or so for under a second? It happens to both earbuds..
    A I have not had any issues with these yet. The only time I get a pause is when I lose signal on my phone.

    A No

  33. Q Why does only one earbud connect even though I take both earbuds out? I've tried taking them out one at a time and simultaneously. Only one connects.
    A When that happens to me I go to my phone settings and connect manually to the earbuds. The buttons on the side of each earbud can also turn on ear on or off.

    A It runs for about 5 hrs

    A Not really but if you get a good seal in you ear with the buds it makes a passive noise cancelling
  36. Q Looking for headphones to use on a motorcycle, will these stay in at high speeds and a half helmet?
    A I ride my Harley all the time with these in. Just make sure you have the right ear tip on your earbuds. It works a little better if they feel tight but not to the point where it hurts. I only use half helmet designs and I've never experienced a problem. These are very close to your ear and very little of it hangs out. I was able to put my friend's full face helmet on and had no issue with putting it on and off my head. It's just important to put the right tip on.
  37. Q Why did Treblab stop offering foam ear tips?
    A The foam tip does not that as well as the rubber ones that come with your headset. At first I wasn't sure if I would like that but now I don't even wear my headset with the foam I strictly use the rubber ones now. You're able to get a tighter fit in the ear the foam seems to push your headset out of the ear. But you can always buy the foam tips from another vendor.
  38. Q Do the connect to MacBook Pro?
    A It is a great unit and has a long battery life.

    A You can choose to pair one earphone if you choose I do it all the time with my treblabs and it works excellent.
  41. Q How good is the case for these? I have a different brand that automatically turns on when the contacts disconnect, constantly draining the battery.
    A The case is nice. Can put it in your pockets. It has 4 little blue lights when fully charged. You open it up and set your ear plugs in to be charged. I used them for my phone or tablet. The ear plug let you know when you're connected or disconnected. When I get ready to put them on it shows the % amount that you have. The ones I have do not get drained out unless you are really using a long time. What I like about them is it doesn't take long to fully charged up. I haven't time it yet. I use one first and when it goes down then I put the other one on. One works just fine for me. It takes some time before they go down to 0%. I only let it go to 20% then I will fully charge them. The case can be like one you may put a wedding ring it. It might be a few cm's bigger. It's not bunky. I really like the ones I have, case and all. No complaints. I hope you understand what I'm saying. The best thing to do is to buy them. You can't go wrong. If not satisfied, return them. I think you will be satisfied.

    A Yes, just press on the circle. You will see it.

    A yes, you can answer a second call with the buds but they do not announce the caller name

    A mine does not announce the caller name. The music pauses and a usual rington starts playing through the earbuds. And yes, you can accept a second call while on the first one.
  45. Q can i shower with these? a lot of other headphones claim they are ipx7 but say u cant shower with them, if this is truly ipx7, I should be able to
    A They may be sweat resistant, but I don't know if I trust them enough to get them super wet, as you might in the shower.

  48. Q I have read that larger compatible ear tips are available from another vendor. Can anyone direct me to a source? Large" ear tips are too small for me.
    A The product had several sizes of ear tips. If neither one is comfortable to your ears, maybe you can try buying the ear tips separate. It shouldn't cost that much. Although my ears was for the medium size, I used the smaller size because they felt more comfortable and I'm able to go to sleep with them in my ear. I hope this help. I'm no expert in this field.
  49. Q Does it fall from the ear?
    A No they not. You can use one ear plug or both. I usually use one at a time. Sometime I forget I have them on. Don't take no time to fully charge. I have no complaints about this product. Get them you can't go wrong. I took a chance and I'm glade i did.

    A The buds can only be charged while in the case, the case can be charge simultaneously or separately.

    A contact TREBLAB, they will help with the correct size of the tips that would fit the earbudsThey actually might send you foam tips, they are very responsive

    A I haven't tried these, but bluetooth will not transmit well in water. You need wired headphones

    A They can be paired with several devices at the same time, but will connect to the last paired one, and only if that one is off, will go down the list. The only earphones that I found that will play from two devices at the same time with no problem are the Treblab XR700 PRO.
  54. Q How are they for watching tv?
    A I havent tried it on an actual TV. But for youtube or other services they sound great

    A Easiest device I ever paired. when I take them of charge they automatically turn on, link and pair. They are great bought for whole family.

    A It works well with my iPad. But if the earbuds work well for calls with other devices, it seems that there's some compatibility issue with your husband's iPhone. don't think that there's much you can do. Maybe contact Apple?

    A it's all very individual, but my wife has small ears, they fit fine with the smallest size of the tips in the set these are sent with. And the hooks are good too even though not adjustable.

    A The x3 are the newer model and as far as better, depends on your lifestyle. These are geared towards fitness while the x5 are more for leisure.

    A yes, those stickers cover the charging pins. So, you need to take them off to charge the earbuds.

    A These fit very secure to my taste. I jog and do cardio, the earbuds stay in place all the time.
