A It's hard to say as I am pretty mindful about charging them after use. I will say that once I forgot to turn them off, forgot to dock them and didn't turn off my bluetooth, ran directly into work. After a 7hr shift plus travel, plus the gym much earlier I still had a bit of juice for my commute. Fully charged, I'd say no less than 10 hours of use.

A I had this issue and was looking for answers as well. I guess reading the manual pays off. But here’s the fix to this problem. Make sure your phones’ Bluetooth is turned off or anything else trying to connect to the earbuds. You can also forget and remove the “sky-free” device as well. Remove both buds from the case. Both should be blinking red and blue. Just tap on the left bud twice, and the right bud should stop blinking red and blue. Both buds is now synced together.

A Send them back and dont buy that brand again. I here Best Buy has excellent one about the same price.If you really want a great product at a reasonable price and excellent costumer service try Cruchfield great people do deal with. You won’t be disappointed

A This product is not well built. I have difficulty connecting to Bluetooth... I called Amazon for help....they tried to help me with reset it but unsuccessful... I put them aside I don't use them anymore... Sorry

A I use them to stream music from a music service thru my phone. They can also be used to answer and make phone calls. Not sure what you mean by data usage.

A These are super quality and fancy looking compared to my Apple one. I do sleep with headphones on and my wife never complained yet. These should be quieter then Apple one because it seals in ear not like Apple one. The battery goes way longer.
