  1. Q can thy be worn separately?
    A Yes, you will only hear through 1 side just don't turn it on.
  2. Q Can i connect two devices to the headphone
    A As far as I know, you can connect them to multiple devices. However, you can only listen to them from one device at a time.
  3. Q Headphones work half as written in the description, Motion sensor-off, ans-off
    A Yes the only thing is the battery doesn't last 15 hours
  4. Q Do these earbuds have 15 hours of talk time or standby time? all i get is 15 hours of standby time. iЕ› that normal or not
    A I get about 8- 10 hours of music play time after about two weeks of having them stand by time is a bit longer but make sure there completely dead before charging them will help with more battery life
  5. Q Does it come with the jlab box?
    A If you're asking if it comes with the charging case for the earbuds, yes. If you're asking if it comes in its original packaging (a box), also yes.
  6. Q Is it wireless charging?
    A Yes, as indicated on product.
  7. Q Are these touch control or do they use a button?
    A Hi, they are touch control. They are not hard to use, I just haven't spent the proper amount of time practicing with them. For example, you can tap them to block out all noise except the music or you can tap to hear your surroundings with the music playing quietly in the background. I took them out of the box, set them up and started listening right away.
  8. Q Are these compatible with I- pod?
    A It would depend on how old your IPod is I would think. I have a new iPod and it works fine
  9. Q Can the integrated cable be replaced? It looks like a easy break point on the case.
    A It’s part of the case. I use them daily. No signs of wear.
  10. Q How do these handle in a sauna? Can they handle that type of heat?
    A : I would not recommend using these in extreme heat. I wouldn't recommend using any electronics in extreme heat for that matter. Unless it is specifically designed to be used in high temperature areas then I wouldn't do it. Electronics can heat up to at least °90 when in room temperature. When you expose a device to extreme heat when it isn't specifically made to handle it, it may have unexpected consequences.
  11. Q Does it announce callers name
    A Caller name announcement is typically a feature of the phone, if the phone is capable of it, the same audio can be heard through the headphones. Hope this helps
  12. Q anyone know the meaning of the 2 indicator lights on each of the buds?
    A The two indicator lights on the Ear pods Meaning that they are charging Once they are finished charging both loads will shut off
  13. Q What's the frequency response range of their sound output?
    A Depends on the area, sometimes I can be 100 feet away or either 50, it works for me
  14. Q When on a call can you speak through either earbuds or only one?
    A Yes you can speak through eitherear bud. I mostly where only one at a time, then switch to the other ear
  15. Q What wireless charger compatible with this
    A I believe it can hook up to all USB port chargers it’s very easy to charge this product
  16. Q can these be used on a PC that has blue tooth?
    A Yes they can. They just need to be paired with the PC.
  17. Q So does this one also have the wireless charging case like the model that is on the company web store?
    A Mine came with the charging case in the picture.
  18. Q Can they connect to my smart tv?
    A They will connect to any Bluetooth transmitter. If your TV has Bluetooth output, then these will connect.
  19. Q Is there a mute button on the ear buds? I see ambiguous answers here
    A There is no “mute” button. This is , however, a noise canceling mode.
  20. Q I wish I had gotten the in-ear version; what do you think would happen if I removed the ear hook part? There's a seam, are there wires?
    A Do not do that

    A about 20 ft

    A No they do not have voice controls

    A No there is no way to locate a lost bud.
  24. Q Why when talking to someone they say I sounded distant and couldn’t hear me that well
    A Turn off the sound so you can hear yourself.
  25. Q Are they 100 percent waterproof?
    A I honestly can't say 100% but, so far I've haven't experience any problems with minds so far.
  26. Q How do you answer an incoming call? And can you end a call with these?
    A Touch controls are set up thusly in stock format. Left ear:• single tap - volume down•Double tap - siri (ios) or Google Assistant (android)•Triple tap - EQ change•Touch and hold - change between aware mode, active noise cancellation and anc off.Right ear:•Single tap - volume up•Double tap - play/pause•Triple tap - track forward•Touch and hold - EQ changeReceiving calls:•Single tap left or right - answer call•Double tap left or right - end callTouch and hold - reject callMisc:Touch and hold both ears for 3+ seconds - music/movie modeTo turn off headphones, either place in charger case to turn off or turn off device bluetooth and buds will power off after 3 minutes.That being said, with the downloadable app, single, double and touch and hold can all be customized left and right individually.     A Just attach a DIY String to both of them, think Outside the Box📦 buddy.
  29. Q Im hard of hearing are these loud?
    A For the price these are good earbuds and far superior to the kind that do not have an over the ear loop. If budget allows, I would highly recommend Bose products for anyone with hearing challenges. I have a set of Bose Hearphones that have been priceless to me. They have discontinued them but I understand they will have a new model this summer. Pricey, but priceless, and far less than hearing aids which I personally can not tolerate. These are my backup pair and for a backup I am happy with them, especially because of the ability to change noise cancelling not only on or off, but the additional 'Be Aware' setting that allows outside sound to flow through when you need to hear your surroundings. With the foam tips, they effectively block outside sound. Be Aware makes them safe if I'm walking dogs or on a bike ride and need to hear what is around me. The app is a must for EQ customization.
  30. Q How comfortable are these with glasses on ?
    A I have glasses and there's no problem for me. I suppose my glasses are maybe on the thinner end of frames but nonetheless all you have to do it wiggle the earbuds around until its either above or below the glasses and is comfortable.
  31. Q These earbuds make my ears sore (pushing against the antihelix). Can anyone recommend a pair that is smaller?
    A Use a smaller or larger bud attachment you are doing it wrong.
  32. Q Can you get stereo (a mono to stereo mode) using just one earbud?
    A • The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply choose one and take out from the case to connect.• Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on chosen device to connect.• Fully dry off earbuds before putting in the charging case to avoid any damage to the case.Regards, Omega Alliance Team

    A Sweet proof and limited emulsions of about 5 inches of water within 5 minutes of recovery period. But no as for in technical classification in waterproof rating. If you need waterproof such for IP68 only.
  34. Q Is there a mute feature?
    A Not on the buds, no.
  35. Q what are the drivers in these?
    A 8mm neodymium magnets.
  36. Q This waterproof and sweat resistance?
    A DustProof and SweetProof only IP66 rated. First number for sold particles, think of sand. Six is the best protection in that group.Second number is for droplets of fluid, the highest rank is 9. So the second number, six is rated for Protection from high pressure water jets from any direction at about 12mm, and has limited ingress protection which means penetration from fluids of sweet not emulsion from water. Another words it has the best protection from dust and complete sweet proof protection but not for under water use with limited drop in water protection about half a foot for probable survival within five minute recovery period.
